Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with customers, representing brands, and delivering engaging marketing experiences in events, retail spaces, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers at events, retail locations, and promotional stands
• Represent brands professionally, delivering key messages in an engaging way
• Assist in setting up and executing face-to-face marketing campaigns
• Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and generate interest
• Gather customer feedback and report on campaign success
• Work closely with the marketing team to refine engagement strategies

Skills and Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers and promoting products face-to-face
• A positive and outgoing attitude with a passion for customer engagement
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, events, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to achieving targets and driving brand awareness
